I can't advice you how is the expected return for using twitter because it depends on products and industry. But for my company, the return is 10% - 20%. One thing to remember, be patient when you use twitter for your company sales. You have to influence them not forcing them to buy. You have to build relationship with them rather than asking them to buy directly.
