PayPal limited my account

i do not know why

i change my country and though the IP address

how to resolve this

the PayPal support team is not helpful

    Hi Avery, thanks for the question! :)

    There are three possibilities that Paypal limits your account:

    • Possible unauthorised account access
    • Unresolved buyer disputes or credit card chargebacks
    • Violations of PayPal’s User Agreement or Acceptable Use Policy

    You can go to the Resolution Centre to solve the problem. If paypal staff is not helpful, I suggest you to open a new account if you don't have any money in your current paypal account. If yes, you have to try your best to solve with paypal staff. Btw, don't not offend them since they help you.
