Hi

I know that will help in getting some backlinks

but what about the the website we comment on

is its rank drop down or lose some from its popularity

    The website or blog you comment on won't drop in ranking, unless it is a spammed website, if it is a spammed website, you don't get get any credit from Google as well to comment on it. As long as the website or blog that you comment on is genuine and you are genuine to comment on it, it won't negatively affect the ranking.

    and i noticed some website selling them as Blast using some programs
    is this not useful also

    Hi Sophia, thanks definitely not legal, sorry to say that. Google can detect it. And it is not good for your website or blog if you put a backlink to your website.
